A revolution has recently taken place within society’s attitude towards certain laws and civil rights. This transformation has left many traditionalists scared and fighting but most have been liberated due to the changes and are keen to allow them to continue. Mainly the rights for women and children have altered drastically. The change to female rights is almost immediately noticeable with the change of fashion.
Medical and scientific understanding has improved and the experimentation for artificial limb use and ‘upgrades’ to the physical being are becoming highly fashionable however extremely costly.

Whittlewell is the capital city of the British Empire and is on the cutting edge of the steam revolution. Its advances in air ship travel and compact innovations for steam capability are the envy of the world and have lead to the boon in wealth. However the gap between rich and poor is ever expanding.

The year is 1865 and you are invited to come and join us.

Would anyone happen to be interested in a PSL with James "Bucky" Barnes from Marvel's Captain America canon? I've recently taken to playing him and really haven't had the chance to properly stretch my James!muse-muscles. LOL.

I'm open to ideas and thoughts! Just give me a heads up and let me know if he's of interest to you.

I'm also interested in playing Erica against a Father Jack from V. It can be a friendship/partnership/romantic/etc. relationship - whatever you like. I just love their connection and chemistry in the show thus far and would love to play with it some more.

Lines based on the movies "Remember Me", "Dear John" and "The Blair Witch Project" would be awesome to have. All private lines storylines over AIM but I do thread. Check the journal for more info and ICONS for who I can play. Lines don't exactly have to be word for word , we can have fun with them , change them up a bit and just well like I said have fun! I do not have AIM exmaples but I do have THREAD examples if you insist on seeing them. Ask and you shall receive.

Drama/Fluff/Smut/Darker lines all mixed together is my preference. But I'm also willing to change that up if you wish. I can fade to black if necessary.

World’s End is a panfandom game focusing on the survivors of destroyed worlds, and what they choose to do afterward. Some try to eek out a new existence at “The World’s End,” a world many of the displaced arrived at after the destruction of their home world. Others seek to combat what is commonly called “the darkness,” the eater of worlds, and prevent it from corrupting and destroying even more worlds. Some study “The Door” at The World’s End, and the machinery left behind by Ansem the Wise, hoping to gain information that may allow them to restore the lost worlds and those who lived there.

The outlook is bleak, and oblivion waits just outside the door, but they aren’t called “survivors” for no reason, and there may be a way to fix this yet. But they’ll have to work with strangers to do it, if they don’t destroy themselves from within first.

The action takes place in 2009 but in Caligland, the kingdom that lies between the realms of Heaven and Hell, Past and Present, Life and Underworld. it is the period known as The Dark Renaissance.

It is a dominion where the preternatural beings rule, vampires and werewolves are elevated to nobility and humans are nothing more than food, labour and entertainement. Of course, there are rebels that try to fight to win back the country from the unholy creatures of the night.

Four times a year, on each continent, a portal opens between our universe and that of Caligland, a unique occasion for magic and science to mix, causing explosive results. While some seek to enter the Kingdom with a deliberate purpose or a task to accomplish, others seem to end up here by pure accident.

With inspiration borrowed from ancient lore and mythology, a royal court based on the 16th century Tudor court, a vampire hierarchy and clans originating in the Vampire: the Masquerade roleplaying universe, a vast variety of supernatural fandoms to choose from and a well-elaborated plot, this game has something to offer to everyone! What happens to the old gods, once their temples have crumbled and their believers have abandoned them? Do they die, forsaken, alone? Or do they remain, still wandering the world, immortal, surviving off what little belief they can gather?

Forgotten Gods follows the lives of these old deities, brought to America long ago by explorers or immigrants from their homelands and eventually abandoned or lost from memory. As their worshippers moved on to new religions, the gods' powers waned - for a god, at its most pure essence, is no more than an idea, and an idea is worthless if there is nobody to believe in it. Some have passed, forgotten, from the world, while others have fallen into madness. Some have simply tried to adapt, to make a life for themselves in this place without gods, getting by on what little scraps of worship and belief they can garner. Others are more radical, attempting to regain the power that was once theirs, to revive their followings.

And then there are the New Gods. Gods of cars and computers, television and radio, cities and highways, all those things that modern Americans put their faith in. They are young, at the height of their power. These newcomers are regarded dismissively by some of the older gods, who have seen so many new deities rise and fall in their time; jealously by others, who wish to reclaim the power for their own; and by all with a deep wariness.

Inspired by the world of Neil Gaiman's American Gods, this game invites players to step into the roles of deities, old and new, to create their own modern mythology.

Isolation is an AU trio RPG looking for an active and dedicated group of writers who are interested in creating multi-dimensional characters, well-developed relationships and interconnected plots. We have several pre-set plot lines we'd like to fill...

Anthony Goldstein used to date Hannah Abbott, while she, in turn, is rumored to be dating Neville Longbottom. Neville's neighbor is Sally-Anne Perks, who is unhappily engaged to Theodore Nott. Theodore is friends with, Daphne Greengrass, who recently had a falling out with long-time friend Pansy Parkinson. Pansy is friends-with-benefits with Draco Malfoy, but he is rumored to be engaged to Asteria Greengrass. Asteria dislikes Owen Cauldwell, who is a business associate of Mandy Brocklehurst.

Percy Weasley works with Adrian Pucey, who has an issue with Eddie Carmichael. Eddie is a business associate of Romilda Vane. Romilda is friends with Laura Madley, who is a business associate of Melinda Bobbin.

Katie Bell is roommates with Angelina Johnson, who is constantly fighting with George Weasley. George is friends with Shannon Roper. Shannon is friends with Jason Dorny, who is a business associate of Evelyn Montgomery. Evelyn also works with Terry Boot.

Ginny Weasley is dating Harry Potter, and Harry's best friend Ron Weasley is dating Hermione Granger. Hermione is a business associate of Zacharias Smith, who is a neighbor of Megan Jones. Megan sometimes works with Lavender Brown, who is currently in a rocky relationship with Michael Corner.

Blaise Zabini is attracted to Parvati Patil, despite being annoyed by her. Parvati's sister, Padma Patil is friends with Morag MacDougal, and Morag is friends with Stephen Cornfoot. Stephen's cousin is Ernie Macmillan, who he doesn't like.

Cho Chang's neighbor is Oliver Wood, who is a business assocaite of Roger Davies. Roger is rumored to be the father of Lisa Turpin's baby. Lisa's neighbor is Richard Cadwallader, who is a business associate of Cormac McLaggen.

Agatha Bole's former housemate Caleb Warrington now rooms with Miles Bletchley. Justin Finch-Fletchley's former housemate Susan Bones works with Penelope Clearwater.
